They are size adjustable, and feature our sublimated polyester webbing, creating a smooth, soft, & stylish collar. We use a large, durable, plastic side-release buckle, formerly used in military installations, and slides with nickel plated D-rings. Made in the USA. 
Toy fits 6" to 8.5"
Small fits 8.5" to 12.5"
Medium fits 11.5" to 17.5"
Large fits 13" to 21"
Machine wash, dry flat when needed, removing all tags and charms first.
